Steve is a graduate of Boston Baptist College, in Boston, MA where he earned his B.S. in Biblical Studies. He is currently enrolled in the Masters of Divinity Program at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. For nine years, Steve served at the Granite State Baptist Church in Salem, NH as the Executive Pastor until moving to Manchester in August, 2006. As a pastor, he views himself as more of a spiritual revolutionist because of the extreme passion he has for reengineering new communities of faith, “At The DC we are rethinking everything”.
Steve enjoys warm conversations over an Iced Chai at the downtown coffee shops as well as curling up with a good book. Steve resides in southern Manchester with his wife, Dawn and two daughters, Chloe and Sadie.

Dawn Jesmer

Dawn attended Bentley College and then graduated from Bob Jones University in South Carolina. She later moved to Northern Massachusetts where she met her husband, Steve Jesmer Jr.
She currently serves at The DC as the Host Ministry Leader. Dawn loves being with her family and watching her husband play video games whenever she is not working. She currently works at Hollister Staffing in Burlington, MA.

Ian is currently working towards his B.S. in Biblical Studies at Liberty University. His love for city culture and living on the edge has brought him to the core leadership team of The DC. Without Ian, The Dialogue would just be another hum-drum kind of place. He puts the kick in KICK-BUTT.
Along with his incredible passion and talent for hip-hop music, slam poetry, and theological discussion, Ian oversees the strategies and day to day operations of our connection ministries. Due to his insatiable appetite for knowledge and bringing the cross of Christ into 21st Century culture, Ian makes a perfect fit for being the Minister of Connection. Ian lives with his lovely wife, Dawn, whom he couldn’t really function as a human being without.

Rick & Laura Frost

Rick is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Aviation Management. For 12 years he worked for Continental/ExpressJet Airlines in various management roles. Through his job, Rick and his wife, Laura, have lived in five states since 1997 (TX, OH, WV, SC, NH). Rick has served in many churches over the past 12 years leading worship and serving in other leadership roles. Rick enjoys golfing, hiking, baseball, reading, and making chocolate chip pancakes for Saturday breakfast. He is married to the best woman in the world, Laura, and is blessed with two great boys, Ricky and Sam.
Laura is a proud Texas A&M graduate with a BS in Education. She taught 7th & 8th grade math for 4 years in inner city Houston. After moving to OH, WV, SC & 2 kids later ended up in Manchester, NH in December 2006. She is loving the seasons here in NH and feels like Manchester is home. She is madly in love with her husband, Rick and adores her 2 kids, Ricky and Sam. She loves caramel macchiatos from Starbucks and enjoys reading a good book, scrapbooking and quilting.
